• Fuel Cells

"ERS" is a system that rapidly converts waste into resources through fermentation and drying. It produces valuable materials such as fertilizers and biomass fuels, and it is possible to sell or self-consume the renewable energy (steam or electricity) generated from this process. • Drying Equipment

"SHiPS" is a hydrogen station that produces CO2-free hydrogen through onsite water electrolysis. It compresses and stores hydrogen in a compact unit, supplying it to typical fuel cell vehicles at 70MPa. Safety is ensured with equipment designed and certified based on domestic standards. Flexible equipment design is possible, accommodating 35MPa filling and hydrogen generation only. We provide support in various aspects, from site selection and legal compliance to maintenance after operation begins. • Other semiconductor manufacturing equipment

We have a wide range of processing technologies, including cutting, sheet metal work, welding, can manufacturing, and degreasing cleaning. We own various processing machines, including large five-sided machining centers, and provide high-precision machining that meets our customers' requirements. The vacuum chamber is welded using TIG welding by JIS-certified welding professionals, making it a key component of the vacuum equipment.

• Assembly Jig

We propose new possibilities through the technical expertise and experience of a vacuum equipment manufacturer. By utilizing various surface treatment technologies, we deliver optimal quality and satisfaction through the cleaning and regeneration of vacuum equipment parts. In particular, we excel in providing management and operation of parts for correcting deformations and addressing deterioration through repeated regeneration. From the design to the manufacturing of various parts, we respond with the manufacturing capabilities of Choshu Industries. We can handle thermal spraying of aluminum and ceramic materials in-house, as well as various surface coatings such as anodizing, plating, and resin coatings, along with various surface treatments like electropolishing and buff polishing within our cleaning and regeneration processes. We also accept degreasing cleaning, removal of byproducts from piping and traps, disassembly and assembly of units, and leak checks. Leveraging our technical knowledge as a equipment manufacturer, we contribute to improving yield and reducing costs for our customers with a full support system from cleaning and regeneration to parts manufacturing.

With our high technical skills based on years of achievements and experience, we engage in manufacturing that meets our customers' needs. By utilizing Choshu Industry's ODM/OEM business, we can achieve cost reduction, increased production capacity, sales of our own branded products, and the development of original and customized products.

We propose solutions to all issues related to the mass production of organic EL. We present high-performance deposition sources for organic EL from Choshu Industry. We provide fully automatic deposition equipment, OASIS. By having a prototype line in-house and creating samples in advance, we offer a more effective system. Centered around our unique K-cell technology, we can achieve consistent production from the anode to the cathode side, regardless of substrate or device structure, through a combination of various processes necessary for the manufacturing and development of organic devices.

• Evaporation Equipment

We offer the "Mirrortron sputtering device," which features unique technology developed by Choshu Industries and employs a counter-target method. It achieves low plasma damage and low substrate temperatures while allowing for the desired functional films to be obtained. In the organic EL field, it is ideal for forming transparent conductive films and sealing films in top-emission structures. We provide optimal processes across various fields, including organic devices such as organic solar cells and organic semiconductors, electronic components, and resin films. Additionally, we also offer sputtering devices using parallel plate and cylindrical methods.
