Since our establishment, we have been dedicated to providing optimal products and services to meet the diverse needs of our customers under the principles of "Quality First" and "Customer Satisfaction." We have continuously made efforts to ensure safety and ease of use, striving to gain customer satisfaction and trust. Alcom is the only company specializing in internet sales that is a regular member of the Japan Security Equipment Association, engaging in activities aimed at contributing to the safety of national life. As one of approximately 98 regular members actively working on the front lines of domestic security, we conduct research and studies on security equipment to promote the dissemination of safe and reliable security systems. Additionally, our call center, which directly receives customer feedback, is staffed with personnel who hold the nationally recognized qualification of Security Equipment Technician, focusing on the importance of security and providing advice for problem-solving, ensuring that customers feel a sense of "safety" and "satisfaction." Moving forward, we will continue to accurately respond to the increasingly complex and advanced needs of our customers with reliable support and professional knowledge.
