In conventional slitting, there may be cases where depth accuracy cannot be achieved for small diameter items with long strokes or hard materials, and several processes, such as undercutting, may need to be performed. By processing with Elmas's slitter machine, our patented guide bush minimizes tool escape, allowing for difficult processing to be handled at low cost and with short lead times. We would like to introduce the processed samples handled by Jonan Key. Starting with the "hub" made of materials such as stainless steel and S45C, we have processed numerous items including a "large pipe" with an inner diameter of 100φ and a total length of 460L, as well as a "drum" for winding nets on large ships, which has a total length of 1600, an inner diameter of 90, a key width of 20, and a cutting length of 230. • Processing Contract

We would like to introduce the equipment owned by Jonan Key. Starting with the servo-driven NC slotter "KV 200," which enables heavy cutting due to its high ram axis rigidity, we also possess our original slotter machine "JNK-200-01," as well as the Swiss Elmas slotter "ELMP4-700-AFX-3."
