Introduction of Elmas's slotter for keyway machining in narrow paths, deep holes, and difficult-to-cut materials.
Utilizing the only domestic patented guide bush technology, it prevents tool escape and chipping even with difficult-to-cut materials. Achieves low-cost processing and shortened delivery times even for long diameters and hard materials.
We would like to introduce our processing technology, "Slitter Processing." In conventional slitting, there may be cases where depth accuracy cannot be achieved for small diameter items with long strokes or hard materials, and several processes, such as undercutting, may need to be performed. By processing with Elmas's slitter machine, our patented guide bush minimizes tool escape, allowing for difficult processing to be handled at low cost and with short lead times. We use a variety of guide bushes in numerous sizes and many different types of cutting tools for processing, and we will create new jigs as needed for specific items. 【Features】 ■ No tool escape ■ Elimination of chatter ■ Up to 65% cost reduction achieved ■ Shorter lead times compared to electrical discharge machining and wire processing *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
