The "HOP type" is a wet non-woven fabric made of 100% polyolefin, which is finer and consists of single fibers compared to dry types. The polyolefin fibers are core-sheath fibers of PP/PE, where the PE sheath melts on the dryer surface, firmly bonding the fibers together without the use of any adhesives. Additionally, the sealing temperature is around 140°C. We offer "HOS laminated products," which are non-woven fabrics made of 100% polyester fibers laminated with polyethylene, and "HOS-PF products," which are non-woven fabrics made from a blend of wood pulp and polyester fibers that are not laminated. The "EP type" is a 100% wet non-woven fabric with excellent heat sealability made of polyester on one side and a combination of polyester and polypropylene on the other side. It features high wet strength, strong heat seal strength, no reduction in strength during boiling, good wet shape retention, and is tasteless and odorless.
