Strengths of Fusang Industries Aluminum Die Casting We own 9 die casting machines. Through local squeeze die casting, we have achieved the production of high-density materials that do not leak even under high pressure of 3 MPa gas. Recently, we have been enhancing internal quality further by adding the PF method to this technology. Precision Machining We have 154 machining centers and 69 NC lathes. We produce many precision machined components, such as hydraulic controls and engine parts. We engage in manufacturing using a wide range of materials, from aluminum to cast iron and steel. Heat Treatment (Specializing in Upper and Lower Rollers) In collaboration with Topy Industries, we have started operations at a heat treatment plant that specializes in producing undercarriage components known as upper and lower rollers for construction machinery. We perform hardening using our unique method (WSQT). Integrated Production All processes from aluminum casting (for aluminum products) to precision machining, assembly, and performance testing can be handled in-house, characterized by an integrated production system. Furthermore, we can manufacture dedicated machines and performance testing equipment in-house, which is one of our strengths in reducing initial costs. At the Nagahama Factory, we primarily engage in precision machining of construction machinery (hydraulic valves, hydraulic pumps), agricultural machinery (hydraulic components), industrial machinery (vacuum pumps), diesel engine parts (flywheels, cylinder heads, fuel injection components), and automotive parts (car compressor components). We conduct integrated production of aluminum products from aluminum casting to precision machining, assembly, and performance testing. The Shinjo Factory specializes in hydraulic valves and regulators for construction machinery. We perform integrated production from machining to assembly and performance testing. The Omi Factory specializes in upper and lower rollers, which are components of construction machinery. We conduct integrated production from machining to heat treatment, assembly, painting, and performance testing. Since 2010, we have also started the production of hydraulic components.
