The PICO Pulse jet valve applies tiny amounts of liquid agents, as small as 0.5 nL, with high speed and precision at a cycle rate of up to 1500 times per second, thanks to the high responsiveness of the built-in stacked piezo elements. Since it is non-contact, precise control of the Z-axis is unnecessary. It is ideal for applying liquid agents to uneven surfaces and hard-to-reach areas. Additionally, with variable stroke, it allows for flexible control of discharge force, accommodating a wide range of liquid agents from low to high viscosity with a single valve. Nozzle diameters are available from 50 to 600 μm. Furthermore, the modular design, which takes maintenance into account, allows for the replacement of fluid contact parts in just a few seconds without the need for tools.

The 781S series low-volume low-pressure (LVLP) spray system consistently delivers low or medium viscosity liquids accurately and stably at precise positions. It can accurately spray quantities ranging from microliters to milliliters in round patterns with diameters from 4.3 mm to 50.8 mm, or in fan shapes up to 165.1 mm wide.

The 794 series screw valve can precisely control time and pressure through screw supply technology, allowing for the uniform application of liquid agents with fillers at high accuracy. The 794 screw valve offers two types of motors. The brushed motor operates at a cycle rate of 60 to 90 shots per minute, making it suitable for lines and stripes. The brushless motor operates at high speed and high cycle rates, making it suitable for microdots.

The 736HPA-NV stainless steel spool valve can discharge high-viscosity materials such as lubricants and silicone in uniform amounts at high pressures of up to 2500 psi (17.2 MPa). The 736HPA-NV controls the stroke to maintain pressure during both opening and closing, allowing for stable application of dots and lines while preventing liquid dripping between shots.

The 741MS-SS MicroDot valve is an air-driven needle valve. It is designed to adjust and dispense extremely small dots, even less than a microliter (0.001cc). The 741MD-SS can adjust the stroke with its unique calibration feature, allowing it to maintain precise dispensing sizes, making it most suitable for automatic assembly processes.
