A piezoelectric jet dispenser that applies all types of liquids from low viscosity to high viscosity with high speed and high precision!
The PICO Pulse jet valve applies tiny amounts of liquid agents, as small as 0.5 nL, with high speed and precision at a cycle rate of up to 1500 times per second, thanks to the high responsiveness of the built-in stacked piezo elements. Since it is non-contact, precise control of the Z-axis is unnecessary. It is ideal for applying liquid agents to uneven surfaces and hard-to-reach areas. Additionally, with variable stroke, it allows for flexible control of discharge force, accommodating a wide range of liquid agents from low to high viscosity with a single valve. Nozzle diameters are available from 50 to 600 μm. Furthermore, the modular design, which takes maintenance into account, allows for the replacement of fluid contact parts in just a few seconds without the need for tools.
