At a certain thermal power plant, during the regular maintenance period in May and June each year, work was performed to remove hard scale adhered to the walls, floors, and beams inside the desulfurization tower using hammers and scrapers, as well as high-pressure washing. However, due to the thick and firmly adhered scale, 3,000 to 4,000 pieces of grit were replaced with new ones, and all grit with a large amount of scale adhered was treated as industrial waste. After the introduction of our product, only a few dozen pieces of grit were replaced after one year, resulting in a significant reduction in replacement costs.
