We have enhanced our molding prototype and evaluation facilities to provide development support to our customers in a short period of time. We will assist with a series of development tasks from mold design to mold manufacturing, production of molded samples, and evaluation for both existing materials and new functional materials from Mate. This will significantly shorten the lead time for our customers' development. Regarding mass production, we will introduce molding manufacturers not only in Japan but also around the world. Even without molding drawings, we will provide development support from the idea stage, so please feel free to contact us.

The technology of mate (crushing, surface treatment, kneading) has made magnets using super engineering plastics possible. Moreover, it is now possible to mold rare earth magnets using hot runners, which was previously dangerous and involved resin degradation. We have achieved sprue runner-less molding, eliminating waste. Please consider high freedom of molding magnets that can be used in any location.

Mate's injection molding materials have further improved the mixing technology of resins and inorganic materials cultivated through plastic magnets, developing higher-function composite materials. In high-density materials, we have achieved the industry's highest specific gravity of 14.5 (compared to lead's specific gravity of 11.3), and we are aiming for even higher density. With this technology, Mate's materials are top-class in terms of moldability, strength, and functionality. The development of high-function composite materials requires close information exchange with users. Therefore, Mate has specialized in material development without engaging in mass production of molding, adhering to the motto of co-prosperity without competing with our customers. However, we have established molding equipment for prototype consideration, allowing for smooth material discussions with our customers. Additionally, since we develop materials from scratch, we can accommodate detailed changes to the materials.
