By having many opportunities to interact with customers, we can resolve issues in the best and quickest way possible. For us, the most important marketing focus is contact with customers. Like our headquarters in Germany, Ulti Japan operates under a direct sales model. The greatest advantage of direct sales is the absence of intermediaries. As a result, suppliers can directly explain product features and usage, making it a very rational method that meets the needs of professional users in terms of cost and flexibility.
