The machines 『TH-211 / TH-212』 are designed to produce elastic DTY yarns by applying a physical twist of approximately 3,000 to 4,000 twists per meter to long fibers such as nylon and polyester (POY, FDY), and then restoring the twist after heat treatment to create fine crimps, resulting in bulkiness and elasticity. 【Features】 ■ One feed roller and one delivery roller (two for TH-212), first heater, second heater (only for TH-212), standard equipped with a magnet-type pin spindle ■ Adding a hot pin heater as an option allows for T&T production ■ Adding a slab device as an option allows for DTY slab production ■ The second heater (only for TH-212) allows for adjustment of DTY elongation and crimp strength ■ All processing condition settings are done via PLC ■ Condition input can be selected from touch panel or PC method *For details, please request materials or view the PDF data from the download. *Factory tours are also available.
