The "DWM-01" is a machine that directly winds polyester and nylon filament parent yarns into beams while separating them into finer yarns. 【Features】 ■ The small yarns wound onto the beam are supplied in the same shape as wound by the separation warping machine for circular knitting (tricot). ■ It is possible to simultaneously perform two processes: separating the parent yarn with a separation machine and winding the small yarn onto the beam. ■ Labor-saving and rationalization are achieved. ■ It can accommodate 60 parent yarns as standard. ■ It can wind up to 960 monofilaments onto the beam. ■ Optionally, it can accommodate up to 80 parent yarns. * It can wind up to 1,280 monofilaments onto the beam. ■ The normal production speed is approximately 500m/min. The "TH-211B" applies a twist of approximately 1,500 to 2,000 times/m to long fibers such as nylon and polyester (POY, FDY) using a physical method, and after heat treatment, it restores the twist to create fine crimp, resulting in an elastic yarn known as DTY that has bulkiness and stretchability. 【Features】 ■ Equipped with 2 feed rollers, 1 delivery roller, a first heater, a 3-roller pin-type spindle, and a self-rotating creel as standard ■ Processes nylon and polyester synthetic long fibers (POY, FDY) to produce DTY for splitting ■ With 2 feed rollers, it can absorb the release tension of the raw yarn ■ Adopts a 3-point holding spindle in the processing section to prevent slippage of the spinner ■ The use of a self-rotating creel allows for trouble-free woolly splitting in subsequent processes ■ All processing condition settings are done via PLC ■ Condition input can be selected from touch panel or PC method * For details, please request materials or view the PDF data from the download. * Factory tours are also available.
