"Cationic electrodeposition coating" is a surface treatment technology that enables labor-saving and improves economic efficiency through the automation of the electrodeposition process. By quantifying process management, the management level is also enhanced. Additionally, because it uses water-soluble paint, it is hygienic, poses no fire hazard, and is safe. The objects to be coated can include various metals such as iron, non-ferrous metals (copper, aluminum die-cast, zinc-coated steel, zinc-plated chromate, stainless steel), and more. 【Features】 ■ Compliant with RoHS Directive/ELV Directive ■ Compliant with REACH Regulation ■ Labor-saving and improved economic efficiency through the automation of the electrodeposition process ■ Enhanced management level through quantification of process management ■ Good adhesion properties *For more details, please refer to the catalog or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registration"HIGH PRACORT" is a surface treatment technology that significantly improves the issues of traditional cation electrodeposition coatings, such as soft films that peel off and cause corrosion of the base material due to scratches. Unlike conventional pre-treatment methods, this technology involves plating and is double-coated with epoxy resin. 【Features】 ■ High corrosion resistance ■ Improvement of issues with traditional cation electrodeposition coatings ■ Double-coated with plating and epoxy resin ■ Excellent uniformity ■ Good adhesion *For more details, please refer to the catalog or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registration"RESONACOAT ST-TYPE" is a PTFE composite surface treatment that incorporates nearly 30% PTFE into a nickel coating through the application of electroless plating technology. It significantly improves issues such as pinholes and variations in film thickness at the edges, which could not be avoided with conventional fluoropolymer coatings or fluoropolymer painting techniques. 【Features】 ■ Contains nearly 30% PTFE in the nickel coating ■ Solves problems such as pinholes and variations in film thickness at the edges ■ Non-wetting (water-repellent and non-stick) ■ Self-lubricating (low friction) ■ Corrosion resistance (chemical resistance) *For more details, please refer to the catalog or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationWe have achieved a reliable fluoropolymer thin film with hardness and substrate adhesion that could not be realized with conventional fluorine coatings, and we have a proven track record in many fields as described below. Additionally, our manufacturing method is based on electroless plating technology, which allows for cost reduction compared to traditional fluorine coatings.

Free membership registrationConventional cation electrodeposition coatings had advantages such as corrosion resistance, impact resistance, low cost, uniform film, and high adhesion; however, the film was soft, and it could peel off due to scratches, leading to corrosion of the base material. High Placoat has significantly improved this. In standard cation electrodeposition coatings, it is common to apply a zinc phosphate treatment for the substrate pretreatment, but with High Placoat, by applying nickel plating for the substrate pretreatment, it has become possible to form a very strong and highly adhesive coating.

Free membership registrationThe method involves immersing the object to be coated in an electrophoretic paint, using the object as the cathode (negative) and the electrode plate installed in the diaphragm chamber of the electrophoretic tank as the anode (positive). A direct current of 100 to 200V is applied between them, causing the paint particles dispersed in the water to be attracted to the object due to electrical forces (electrophoresis), resulting in aggregation and deposition, thereby obtaining an excellent coating film.
