This device is a system that incorporates reverse osmosis membranes into a continuous electric deionization (EDI) unit, which fills an ion exchange resin (mixed bed type) between an anion exchange membrane and a cation exchange membrane, continuously performing deionization (regeneration) while flowing direct current.

It consists of a pretreatment unit, a primary pure water unit, and a polishing unit, supplying high-grade ultra-pure water.

This device is a high-purity water production system that combines special filtration materials and a degassing membrane. It performs coarse filtration with a pre-treatment filter, followed by the installation of a degassing membrane after the special filtration material, and further produces high-purity water using a double-layer of special filtration material. By degassing, it provides benefits such as preventing oxidation in clean products and reducing the load on ion exchange resins caused by carbon dioxide.
