The CHEMCO MASK-ENV column is a high-selectivity column developed for the pretreatment of environmental water samples in column switching methods. By introducing hydrophilic functional groups (sulfonic acid polymer) near the surface of a hydrophobic polymer filler through the MASK modification method, efficient concentration of target analytes and cleanup of interfering components can be achieved.

Free membership registrationOur company offers contract purification services at the lab scale, utilizing the know-how gained from the development of HPLC separation agents and experience in analytical services. Depending on the fractionation conditions, we provide HPLC purification services using Kemco Plus HPLC columns or customer-specified columns at a reasonable price for a maximum of approximately 20 g. If customers do not have their own columns, they will need to purchase a Kemco Plus column separately. This column will be delivered to the customer along with the purified product after the contract purification service is completed, so if you request again, there will be no charge for the column. Features: - Scale-up evaluation analysis prior to purchasing the fractionation column is free. - After the contract purification is completed, the fractionation column will be available, allowing for even lower prices for future requests. - You can bring your own column, or we can procure columns from other companies as well.

Free membership registrationThe thermoplastic general-purpose polymer (ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer: EVA) has been used for the first time as a novel medium for chromatography. It is a soft material like a sponge, with several tens of microns of through-holes, making it an excellent monolithic separation agent with high permeability. The sponge monolith has a significant capacity for retaining planar molecules, and applications that leverage its unique separation characteristics are anticipated. Additionally, by hydrolyzing the vinyl acetate portion of the EVA sponge monolith, hydroxyl groups can be generated on the surface, allowing for chemical modification and the creation of functional separation agents. Expected applications and uses Applications as media for protein separation in reverse phase and ion exchange modes are anticipated. In particular, sponge monoliths with ion exchange or affinity functions could serve as low-cost, high-permeability alternative separation media for protein purification. Furthermore, the sponge monolith can improve loading capacity and selectivity through hybridization (by adding insoluble functional materials during mixing).
