The Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare will strengthen the obligation for heatstroke measures with penalties starting from June 2025, in response to the increasing trend of heatstroke incidents in the workplace. Failure to implement or manage these measures may result in guidance, correction, or penalties under the Industrial Safety and Health Act. One effective measure against heatstroke is the installation of a windbreak room (Protect Eco Room). ■ Effects and Benefits 1. Blocks the intrusion of hot air from outside, improving air conditioning efficiency. 2. Enhances the cooling effect of break rooms and waiting areas by retaining cool air in air-conditioned spaces. 3. Can also be utilized as a temporary cooling space for emergency treatment. 4. By installing a windbreak room that partitions the space, air conditioning efficiency is increased, enabling heat and heatstroke measures while contributing to energy savings. 5. Maintaining a comfortable working environment is expected to improve work efficiency and productivity, and reduce mistakes. 6. By ensuring the health and safety of employees, a decrease and improvement in turnover rates is anticipated. ■ The Protect Eco Room is recommended for the following locations: Break rooms Entrances and exits of warehouses and logistics centers Loading and unloading areas of manufacturing plants Temporary waiting areas in production sites, etc.

Free membership registrationThe Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare will make heatstroke measures in the workplace mandatory for employers starting in June 2025 (Reiwa 7), with strict management and penalties. The measures apply to work conducted in environments where the "heat index" is 28 or higher, or where the temperature is 31 degrees Celsius or higher, for continuous periods of one hour or more, or four hours or more in a day. To protect workers in job sites and factories, installing windbreak rooms to partition spaces will enhance air conditioning efficiency and enable heat and heatstroke countermeasures. By maintaining a comfortable working environment, improvements in work efficiency and productivity, as well as reductions in errors, are expected. Ensuring the health and safety of employees is anticipated to lead to a decrease and improvement in turnover rates. 【Main Features】 ● Energy-saving and power-saving effects Partitioning spaces with high-quality vinyl materials reduces air conditioning costs and improves energy efficiency. ● Dust and wind prevention Prevents dust and wind from the outside, maintaining the environment within the booth. ● Prevention of droplet dispersion Prevents the dispersion of droplets to ensure safety and hygiene in the work area. ● Easy assembly without special tools (a Phillips screwdriver is required separately) With a unit structure of 800mm x 2100mm, sheets and panels can be replaced on a per-unit basis.

Free membership registrationAt a 3PL company that primarily handles food products, various products were stacked on pallets for each store. As a result, they were unable to stack the pallets, leading to a loading efficiency of about 60% for the trucks. By adopting the large container box "Dekabo Kapatch," products that could not previously be stacked are now stackable, improving the loading efficiency from the original 60% to 90%. This is an example of contributing to the "improvement of loading efficiency" due to the logistics issue of 2024.
