Conventional connectors used solder to secure pins when mounting them onto printed circuit boards. In contrast, press-fit terminals allow for easy pin mounting by pressing them into the board. This reduces manufacturing processes such as solder application. One significant reason for the shift towards press-fit terminals is that the reduction of the "solder application" process minimizes the thermal impact on the product. Particularly, circuit boards are sensitive to heat, and certain components may malfunction or have poor connections due to heat generation. By reducing heat generation, quality can be improved. Thus, there are many advantages to using press-fit terminals, leading to a transition from "solder connections" to "press-fit" in current practices. The benefits of using press-fit terminals include reduced process steps, lower manufacturing costs, stable quality, and reduced environmental impact. Additionally, the following features characterize our press-fit terminal production: - High-precision slitting and punching for thin materials - Proven track record in mass production of press-fit terminals - Capability to accommodate prototypes of press-fit terminals.

Free membership registrationGenerally, prototype progressive press molds are less precise than mass production molds, but they can be obtained quickly and at a lower cost. However, our prototype progressive press molds are finished with a precision of 0.001mm, allowing us to manufacture them with the same ±0.01mm tolerance as mass production molds. We handle mold production in-house and have achieved the manufacturing of prototype progressive press molds with quality equivalent to mass production molds without compromising on delivery time or precision, thanks to our patented standardized mold system. This prototype progressive press mold is the area where we excel the most.

Free membership registrationThe prototype type is suitable for product functionality and shape evaluation with ultra-short delivery times by combining bending, cutting, and punching after blank processing through etching. Our specialty lies in weak electrical components (connector terminals, frames, spring plates, etc.) with a plate thickness of up to 0.2 mm. The processing accuracy aims for a product dimension accuracy of ±0.02 mm, a minimum plate thickness of 0.06 mm, a mold processing accuracy of ±0.005 mm, and a clearance of 0.005 mm. For more details, please contact us or refer to the catalog.

Free membership registrationIn mass production progressive dies, we specialize in the design and manufacturing of progressive dies for mainly thin electrical components (low voltage and medical use). We are highly regarded for our high precision and stable production supply, as well as our user-friendly die structure designed for overseas production. Mass production processing through press working is also possible at our partner factories. For more details, please contact us or refer to our catalog.

Free membership registrationOur company is a mold manufacturer specializing in the production of progressive molds for digital home appliances, medical-related connectors, and more. ● Development prototypes (~1000 shots) ● Final prototypes (~500,000 shots) ● Transitional mass production (~3 million shots) ● Mass production (~100 million shots) We offer a wide range of services! In particular, for prototypes, we specialize in progressive press prototype molds that incorporate mass production requirements, providing dimensional accuracy on par with mass production molds. We utilize unique processing methods and in-house jigs to respond with a short delivery time of two weeks for processing. Additionally, to meet the needs for cost reduction and environmental considerations, we have started offering "prototype to mass production conversion." By actively repurposing parts used in prototype molds, we can achieve "environmentally friendly molds" that reduce total costs. Please feel free to consult with us! *Our case studies can be downloaded from the catalog!
