The independently developed application software "Cockpit" allows for easy customization of up to 32 axes of motors according to customer specifications through a sequence program (executable file), enabling high-precision automatic alignment. At the same time, it eliminates the need to recreate software for each customer, achieving low cost and short delivery times. Uniqueness: Achieving faster alignment speeds than competitors! Alignment involves two processes: rough alignment and peak detection. Traditionally, both processes collected data at the same timing, resulting in longer alignment times. By shortening the tact time of the rough alignment process, which does not require high precision, we have successfully reduced the overall alignment time.
