"Super Straightness LINEMAN" is a highly precise measurement line generator developed as a new addition to the LINEMAN series. In three-dimensional measurements using the optical slicing method, it achieves an extremely low linearity of 0.02% or less, improving upon the conventional standard of 0.1% or less. This minimizes errors during image processing to an extreme degree, enabling even higher precision measurements. Additionally, this product addresses the issue of line curvature in three-dimensional measurements using the optical slicing method, which can cause errors during software image correction and reduce measurement accuracy. The top hat beam shaper from Ayase utilizes diffraction of light to convert a Gaussian beam into a top hat (uniform intensity distribution), similar to conventional DOE methods, but it possesses excellent features that set it apart from DOE methods.
