We would like to introduce a case study of a demonstration experiment conducted to measure, understand, and analyze the temperature during delivery and in-store sales. To confirm temperature management from production to delivery and in-store sales of prepared rice dishes, tests were conducted at three stores. The stores expressed a desire to "understand the temperature inside the pack tray," so this time, we conducted the delivery in a manner close to actual operations, measuring the temperature during delivery while the products were in the pack trays, and then measuring the temperature changes on the sales display after arrival at the store. We would like to introduce a case study utilizing RFID tag-type temperature loggers for a demonstration experiment aimed at understanding the temperature fluctuations of workers at the job site. At Haruna Construction Co., Ltd., a general construction company primarily focused on the construction and civil engineering industries, a system for continuously monitoring the ambient temperature of workers was implemented. A demonstration experiment was conducted to determine whether it is possible to detect early signs of heatstroke risk and effectively utilize this information for safety management. By examining the temperature data over approximately two months, we were able to visualize changes in the work environment that cannot be captured by outdoor temperature alone (such as differences in work locations, the effects of direct sunlight, and the presence or absence of air conditioning). 【Case Overview】 ■ Period: April 9, 2025 – June 5, 2025 (approximately 2 months) ■ Location: Haruna Construction Co., Ltd.
