The "Precision Humidity Generator" is the ideal humidity generator for setting humidity levels. By incorporating a recirculating saturation tank, it can generate very stable saturated water vapor even in the challenging dew point temperature range of 90°C dp or higher. Additionally, since it is controlled by a Peltier element, there is no need for a refrigeration unit, allowing for a compact and lightweight design of the device. 【Features】 ■ Stability By using a recirculating saturation tank, it can generate very stable saturated water vapor even in the dew point temperature range of 90°C or higher, which was previously considered difficult with conventional saturation tanks. ■ Compact and Lightweight Experimental Equipment The temperature of the saturation tank is controlled by a Peltier element, eliminating the need for a refrigeration unit and achieving a compact and lightweight design.
