Free membership registrationWe would like to introduce a maintenance case of a press brake that we handled. Even after tightening the lower limit lock handle, the table drops after moving it up and down several times. Additionally, there were suspicions of oil leakage and misalignment of the back gauge. It is believed that uneven wear occurred due to the wear of the friction plate of the lower limit block and the bending of the stop fixture. Regarding the lower limit block assembly and oil leakage, the cylinder is fine, but please monitor the situation after tightening the pressure gauge fittings on the backside of each piping. Also, for the back gauge, please consider replacing the stop assembly and the stretch. [Case Study] ■ Product - Press Brake "RG-80s" ■ Situation - The table drops after moving it up and down several times, even after tightening the lower limit lock handle. - There are suspicions of oil leakage and misalignment of the back gauge. ■ Cause - Uneven wear occurred due to the wear of the friction plate of the lower limit block and the bending of the stop fixture. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationWe would like to introduce a maintenance case of a press brake that we handled. Two issues occurred: the lower limit lever was not functioning, and the lower limit lock of the table was not working. The lower limit lever had a broken snap ring for preventing the misalignment of the spring mounting pin at the friction plate attachment. Due to wear on the snap ring installation and groove, light welding was performed. The connecting pin was replaced due to damage. After that, operation was confirmed. Additionally, the lower limit lock was not functioning properly because the connecting pin between the handle and shaft was too long, causing interference during rotation and preventing the block from closing completely. The excess length of the connecting pin (cotter pin) was trimmed to eliminate the interference. The lower limit lock was restored to normal operation. [Case Study] ■ Product - Press Brake "RG-80s" ■ Situation - Case 1: The lower limit lever of the table is not functioning - Case 2: The lower limit lock of the table is not functioning (case with RG80s) *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationWe would like to introduce a maintenance case for the turret punch that our company handled. Due to the position of the work clamp, a dimensional error of about 1mm occurred in the punching. It seems to be a defect in the clamp rail. After swapping the clamps left and right, we adjusted the shim at the clamp chip part, reducing the error to ±0.3mm, but without replacing the rail, the error will vary. Additionally, there is play in the Y-axis ball screw, with an error of ±0.2. There is also play in the X-axis LM guide and ball screw, but the current error is believed to be largely due to wear on the clamp rail. [Case Study] ■ Product - Turret Punch "VIPROS357" ■ Situation - A dimensional error of about 1mm occurred due to the position of the work clamp. ■ Cause - Defect in the clamp rail - Play in the Y-axis ball screw *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registration[From a customer primarily engaged in the production and construction of architectural hardware in Sanmu City, Chiba Prefecture] The cutting performance when shearing 12mm plates has deteriorated, and there was a suggestion that "if only we had a laser." Due to the increasing variety of requests from customers, it became necessary to enhance our production equipment, so we introduced our laser processing machine. After the introduction, we were able to produce quickly. Previously, there was always a process of cutting with shearing followed by drilling, but now we can cut and drill with the laser, eliminating burrs and improving precision. We will need to get accustomed to the operation going forward, but it allows us to do various tasks, making work more enjoyable. The young staff are also operating it with smiles. It feels like a machine that has "dreams." *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.*

Free membership registration[From a customer engaged in can manufacturing, sheet metal work, equipment, and welding processing in Hamamatsu City] We wanted to expand possibilities and opportunities, and we also wanted our staff to grow, which led us to decide to introduce a laser processing machine. Additionally, our company has relatively many young personnel in the industry, and bringing in new machinery serves as a stimulus for the younger staff. After the introduction, I believe that the working time has been reduced by about 50%. As a result, labor costs have also decreased. Previously, the process was "cutting" → "drilling" → "welding," but now it has changed to "using laser" → "welding." Tasks that were done by two people can now be done by one, resulting in significant benefits such as "reduced time," "clean cuts," and "increased precision." *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registration[From a customer engaged in the production and repair of ship equipment and seafood processing facilities] Our factory, which we had been using, was washed away in the earthquake, and we were conducting operations in a temporary location. With the support of securing construction materials and assistance from the government, we were finally able to build a new office building. As a result, we were able to install a shear of a size that we could not use before, and we decided to introduce the shear. After the introduction, we were able to cut steel plates of sizes that were difficult to cut before. In particular, we want to respond to customer demands by cutting thick steel plates, and I believe that the speed and efficiency of our work will improve. It seems that it will be useful for ancillary work related to the delivery of ship engines. It would be great if the range of "things we can do" expands. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.*

Free membership registration[From a customer primarily engaged in press parts manufacturing] We had a machine that we were using, but it was too large, making it difficult to share. Therefore, we decided to have that machine taken away and wanted to introduce a machine of a more appropriate size, which led us to implement a press machine. After the introduction, the usability has improved. Since we switched to a smaller machine, we have more space, and with the increase in the number of machines, it has become easier to organize our work. Additionally, repairs and maintenance will be necessary afterward, but the good mobility of the service has been helpful. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.*

Free membership registrationFrom a customer primarily engaged in manufacturing with press machines: "It seems we will be making ●● products" → "Should we consider introducing new equipment?" → "If that equipment is available, could you make ●● products for us?" This led to the introduction of press machines and leveler feeders. Until now, we only had one robotic line, but due to high demand, we were hoping for an additional line. By introducing a new robotic line, we have also expanded our processing capabilities, and it seems to have served as a promotion as well. I believe that equipment is essential for our work. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.*

Free membership registration[From a customer engaged in custom orders related to construction and sheet metal, as well as vehicle bodywork] We wanted to internalize the work that we had previously outsourced and have been considering increasing our sheet metal-related tasks, which led us to think about introducing a press brake and corner shear. Additionally, I have strongly wanted to create products using a press brake and shearing machine while making various adjustments and innovations on my own. After the introduction, we were able to respond quickly to changes from customers, which I believe is a positive outcome. Furthermore, rather than just selling and leaving, I appreciate that they are approachable for after-sales support and assistance. It is also very helpful that we can learn about industry information, machine operation methods, technical aspects, and case studies. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.*

Free membership registration[From a customer whose business focuses on general sheet metal production, including architectural hardware] We aimed to speed up and improve efficiency by automating tasks previously performed by people, and introduced equipment such as radial drills. Initially, we struggled with the new machines since they were our first experience with them. However, as we became accustomed to them, they proved to be very user-friendly, making it easier to organize our work processes. Now, we are operating with two machines. Additionally, the after-sales support, including maintenance, is reliable, providing us with peace of mind. Initially, we were considering different types of machines, asking questions like, "What about wire?" and "What about presses?" As we thought about subsequent processes and plating treatments, we decided to introduce a laser processing machine. After the introduction, we were able to stand at a starting point of "let's begin here." It was gratifying to be able to respond to requests from customers who were facing difficulties. The condition of the machine was good, allowing us to achieve the expected precision, which has been very helpful. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.*

Free membership registration[From a customer engaged in a wide range of operations, from can manufacturing to plant construction] We needed to update our equipment and were looking for a laser processing machine that could perform clean cuts (oxygen-free cutting) up to about 6mm. Previously, we were using a 1.5kw machine, but we upgraded to a 3kw output. Additionally, we had wanted an iron worker for drilling for some time, so we introduced both the laser processing machine and the iron worker. After the introduction, we were able to reduce costs and increase flexibility. We can now handle tasks that we previously outsourced in-house, which has lowered costs in terms of both price and time. We also appreciate the ability to quickly respond to changes in specifications for items like stairs that are installed on-site. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.*

Free membership registration[From a customer primarily engaged in steel plate relations, processing, welding, and finishing] We needed to generate nitrogen gas for the laser processing machine we use, so we introduced a nitrogen generator. Previously, we were purchasing gas in cylinders, but it was costly, so we were looking for a generation device. After the introduction, our costs decreased, and we were able to increase the machine's operating rate. When we were using cylinders, there was a natural depletion, which caused losses, but that has been eliminated. Also, it's great that we can operate the machine without worrying about the remaining amount. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.*

Free membership registration[From customers dealing with metal processing, mainly handling factory roofing materials and metal fittings] We wanted to cut larger-sized sheets, so we introduced shearing and other equipment. After the introduction, we were previously only able to cut sheets up to about 3 meters, but now we can cut up to 4 meters. Additionally, the cutting speed has increased. I believe it has become approximately 20% faster. Also, since we can now cut larger-sized sheets, it has become more efficient. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registration[From a customer engaged in various laser processing, precision sheet metal, and welding] Previously, when handling a large number of parts and products for delivery, I injured my arm due to manual work. Mistakes during the checking process are certainly not acceptable. The thought of "if we can increase accuracy and precision" prompted us to introduce new machines, including turret punch presses, shearing machines, and NC tapping. After the introduction, the scope of our operations expanded. We became capable of handling not only single items but also a large number of orders, and our speed improved. Additionally, we were able to perform tasks that were previously impossible in-house, leading to cost reductions. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.*

Free membership registration【From a customer involved in machining related to nozzles, can manufacturing, and piping】 We have been requested to undertake tasks that cannot be performed with the machines we have been using until now. We need to engage in various trial and error processes to develop new methods and ideas on our own. In the course of this, we introduced a CNC lathe that became necessary. After the introduction, our range of operations expanded, and we gained more clients. We also have some machines that are not commonly found elsewhere, allowing us to innovate and reduce man-hours. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.*
