Achieving super-high precision internal grinding
Irino Kiko Co., Ltd. (a full member of the Japan Precision Machinery Manufacturers' Association) manufactures precision internal grinding machines capable of processing difficult-to-cut materials and meeting high precision requirements. We have achieved roundness of 0.07μm, generally maintaining levels around 0.1 to 0.2μm for machine deliveries. Professional engineers are continuously developing and manufacturing products in areas such as the main body of internal grinding machines, spindle axes, jigs, and electrical control. We manufacture, sell, and repair general-purpose and hybrid precision internal grinding machines, large general-purpose precision internal grinding machines, NC precision internal grinding machines, spindle axes (grease-lubricated and oil mist-lubricated), and rotating tools (Kere). We also have a track record of developing, manufacturing, and selling special internal grinding machines tailored to specific workpieces. Business Activities
The YIG series internal grinding machine, with cumulative sales exceeding 3,100 units, is a versatile precision internal grinder that maximizes the benefits of manual operation with a push-button analog control. It allows operators to directly feel the grinding sensation and convey their skills, achieving advanced precision machining that cannot be accomplished with NC machines. We have launched the hybrid precision internal grinding machine IIG-20H (IRINO INTERNAL GRINDING), which evolves the YIG, starting in February 2024. By retaining the advantages of manual operation with handles and levers, and incorporating Mitsubishi Electric's touch panel sequencer control along with Renishaw's absolute scale and solenoid valves, it enables digital representation of positional relationships comparable to NC machines, reducing the burden on operators and allowing for efficient high-precision grinding. Additionally, when combined with external robots like auto loaders, it enables mass production similar to that of NC machines.
