In the manufacturing process, tasks such as "inserting," "aligning," "winding," and "spreading" were originally performed by hand by our customers. At Mitsuhashi Manufacturing, we have developed our own original brand of equipment aimed at automating or reducing labor for these manual tasks. Additionally, to avoid burdening our customers, we are also working to expand our services, including after-sales service, custom orders, and labor-saving consulting. Wrinkle Removal Roll "FE Series" "MRV Series"
Removes wrinkles evenly to the edges without putting pressure on the center of the web. Compatible with ultra-thin films and metal foils.
The UE wrinkle removal roll is a product that allows for the removal of wrinkles while transporting the web by stretching and contracting the surface rubber in accordance with the roll's rotation, similar to manually stretching the web from the center outward. Since the thickness and angle of the roll do not change at the center and edges, it can remove wrinkles uniformly to the ends without excessively stretching the web.
