In response, our company has developed an "AC Magnetic Field Generator" for testing measuring instruments. This is a large alignment-adhesion coil completed by consolidating our company's technology. Based on our past experience, we believe that the maximum number of turns that can be wound with alignment adhesion is around 2000 to 3000 turns at most. We have produced a small bobbin-wound coil. The key point of this winding was to adjust the inductance to 0.1 mH. We have manufactured a Helmholtz coil magnetic field generator that can vary the coil spacing from 200 mm ± 20 mm. After consulting with the customer about the generated magnetic flux density and usage, we designed, manufactured, and delivered the fixtures, jigs, and systems. I have created a geomagnetic cancellation coil. In the Kanto region, the geomagnetic field runs at an angle of almost 45 degrees from the sky to the ground. By generating a magnetic flux density of about 0.4 Gauss (0.04 mT) in each of the three pairs of coils for the X, Y, and Z axes, we can create a nearly magnetic-free space in the central area.
