At Tokyo Chikuma Kasei, we are engaged in research and development of "CIM (Ceramics In-Molding)" utilizing injection molding technology for high-precision parts made of micro and complex ceramics that are difficult to process. Our company responds to customer requests regarding wear resistance, heat resistance, insulation, and weather resistance for bearing parts, medical device components, decorative items, and more. 【Microscopic State】 ■ The powder is enveloped by a binder in a quantity close to an equivalent volume, providing fluidity. ■ The green body already has a uniform density internally and maintains its shape without deformation after debinding. ■ The spaces left after the binder is removed are filled by sintering to nearly 100%, resulting in significant shrinkage (10% to 20%). ■ Excellent repeatability and high dimensional accuracy. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
