We manufacture spiral screws, which are the heart of spiral conveyors for transportation. We propose and provide spiral screws in shapes tailored to the requests and consultations of customers aiming for efficient quantitative transport. 【Details of Support】 〇 Since we operate on a made-to-order basis, we accept production starting from one piece. 〇 We use spring steel, which improves the wear resistance of the spiral screws. - Material examples: stainless steel for springs / silicon chrome steel / piano wire / hard steel wire, etc. 〇 We have a wide variety of wire diameters for round and square cross-section materials, allowing us to propose spiral screws that match the particle shape of the transported items. 〇 We can manufacture long spiral screws (longest record: 75M). - If you have concerns about unstable operation at joints or the strength of the joints, please consult us first. 〇 We also accommodate the production of associated parts and boss fittings. *Note: Welding is not supported. 【Blade Type Spiral Screws】 In addition to spiral screws made of spring steel, we also handle blade type spiral screws. We can provide the blade part with a shaft, so please consult us.

Compared to round wire, it can be made more compact and can accommodate high loads with a longer stroke. However, both the price and delivery time are higher compared to round wire.

If rust occurs on the springs, it can lead to early breakage. - Uncoated springs can be difficult to identify. Please use identification methods such as product labels.

The "heat-resistant spring" from Tokyo Spring Manufacturing Co., Ltd. is a product based on the characteristics of the standard product "heavy-duty spring." By applying heat treatment, it reduces initial settling due to thermal effects and is effective in extending spring life. - It can handle temperatures of up to approximately 300°C. - Please consider a usage stroke of less than 500,000 deflections. - Surface treatments available include electrodeposition coating, heat-resistant silver coating, and rust prevention oil. *Please consider this product as a life extension treatment that reduces initial settling.
