We will introduce a case study on defect improvement using Jun Corporation's "Gas Injection." With this technology, it is possible to improve warpage that is difficult to address with conventional injection molding. Uniform shrinkage can be achieved as the same pressure is applied throughout the entire area. Additionally, when there are bosses or ribs, or in cases of uneven wall thickness, shrinkage can cause sink marks, but these can be easily resolved. [Case Studies] - Improvement of warpage - Improvement of sink marks, warpage, and flash - Formation of uneven wall thickness structures *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

Free membership registrationGas injection (gas-assisted molding) solves the issues of traditional injection molding and achieves high-level dimensional accuracy that was previously difficult. Instead of maintaining pressure after resin injection, high-pressure nitrogen gas is injected to maintain pressure from inside the product, which is also referred to as gas-assisted molding. With gas injection, it has become possible to significantly reduce the occurrence of defects such as sink marks, warping, and burrs that were common in traditional molding. Jun Corporation has adopted this gas injection technology early on and has established a high level of technical expertise that is among the best in the industry. We respond to our customers' strong trust across a wide range of fields, including automotive parts, housing equipment, and office appliances/electronics. We would like to introduce examples of improvements in gas injection (gas-assisted molding) by Jun Corporation. For more details, please contact us or refer to our catalog.
