Business Activities
Manufacturing and sales of plastic injection molded products and molds. We are particularly focused on gas assist technology for plastic product molding. In plastic injection molding, after resin filling, nitrogen gas is injected to form the product, which improves dimensional accuracy by one digit and enhances appearance by reducing defects such as sink marks, warping, and burrs. Gas injection technology is used for thick-walled products that were previously impossible to mold, such as automotive grips, and is adopted in industries including automotive, home appliances, and medical fields. Companies with gas assist molding technology account for about 1% of the industry, and even major companies typically have only 1 to 2 lines of equipment. Over approximately 10 years, we have implemented this technology across all 17 production lines, gaining overwhelming competitive advantage. We continue to strive for further technological advancement through initiatives such as support business utilization.
