Since its establishment in 1963 as a company specializing in the design and manufacturing of injection molding molds, we have continued research and development to accurately respond to various user needs, delivering injection molding molds that boast productivity and high quality matched to the times across various industries. We have achieved a consistent production system from mold to molding to secondary processing, offering a lineup of injection molding machines that cater to a wide range of demands, from precision small parts to large components. With years of experience, we have accumulated extensive technology in a wide range of fields, including automotive, home appliances, and housing equipment. We excel particularly in processing technology for three-dimensional shaped products, with most of our external molds consisting of three-dimensional shaped parts. Additionally, to resolve issues related to product shape and mold structure at an early stage, we participate in design support and model production during our clients' development phases, continuously exploring ways to produce economically viable molds that satisfy product functionality within short lead times. By pioneering the introduction of CAD/CAM systems, we enable in-house production of everything from surface data creation to processing data production and machining, and we continue to challenge the rationalization of mold manufacturing through high-speed, high-precision processing using machining centers.
