The incinerator "Rotary Kiln" is a device that slightly tilts a cylindrical structure lined with refractory material from the horizontal and rotates it at a slow speed to mix and dry-burn the waste that is fed into it. It can not only incinerate waste but also dry and calcine various raw materials such as powdered raw materials and ores. As the raw materials move while being stirred by the rotation, the entire batch is uniformly heated, ensuring stable calcination quality. Additionally, since it is a continuous device that feeds raw materials from one end and discharges them from the opposite side, it is suitable for large-scale processing and continuous operation of the plant. The incinerator "Stoker" is a device that burns waste on a grate with gaps that allow combustion air to circulate. Depending on the operation method of the grate, there are oscillating, moving bed, and fixed types. It is used not only for waste incineration but also as a combustion device for biomass boilers. The stoker has a structure where the furnace floor moves, allowing for the combustion of fuel and waste while moving within the furnace. This makes it suitable for the continuous processing of solid fuels such as waste and coal, enabling stable combustion. Additionally, because the stoker has a long combustion time, it can easily burn waste with high moisture content, and it can be scaled up to continuously process large amounts of waste.
