[Business Introduction] With two pillars: the contract design department and the engineer dispatch department, we provide "technology, skills, and power" tailored to our customers' needs. We mainly engage in mechanical design, electrical control design for specialized machines, transport devices, and machine tools. Our experienced design engineers assist in everything from the conceptualization of machines to the creation of approval drawings, part drawings, and lists according to customer specifications. [Engineer Dispatch Department] In response to the increasingly diverse needs of our customers, we obtained permission for a specific worker dispatch business in June 2000. This has enabled us to establish a speedy response and service system, allowing us to support operations by dispatching engineers that meet customer requests. Currently, three-quarters of all employees are active as dispatched workers.
