The "CIW-1500N" is a negative pressure wheelchair-type isolator suitable for transporting patients at risk of airborne or droplet infections. It can be easily transported by a single caregiver and can be loaded into a vehicle while still occupied, as height adjustment is possible. The sputum collection booth has been developed to prevent TB from spreading while collecting sputum, by keeping the booth under negative pressure, cleaning the exhaust air with HEPA filters, and radiating UV light.
