The "Tool Sharpness Detection Jig" is a product that detects the load generated during grinding processes, allowing for an understanding of the tool's sharpness and solving issues related to machining. The load value when the tool is dull changes several times compared to when it is sharp, so by comparing the initial load with the current load, the tool's condition can be easily assessed.
