For plastic molds and molding, we utilize flow analysis to provide high-quality, long-lasting molds from our factory operating with a TAC constant temperature precision air conditioning system at ±0.4℃.

We specialize in the design and manufacturing of plastic molds, primarily for exterior components of multi-colored ballpoint pens, mechanical pencils, and precision internal mechanism parts, as well as precision pneumatic components made from super engineering plastics, cosmetic containers requiring mirror polishing, vertical rotary insert molds, hot runner molds ideal for mass production, and cassette molds. We handle everything from prototype molding developed from these molds to mass production molding of various types in small quantities. Using flow analysis with Moldflow, we adjust filling, weld lines, and runner balance. In particular, for ejector molds, we provide high-difficulty molds that require not only standard ejection but also fixed-side ejection, slide ejection, multiple ejections with multiple motors, and ejection that requires pulse motor-controlled position stopping, all from our factory equipped with the patented 【TAC Constant Temperature Precision Air Conditioning System】 maintaining ±0.4℃. We are also skilled in precision parts such as camera and electronic components (molding machines: up to 150t class). The 3D data you provide is, of course, essential, but we also create 3D modeling of products, cavity and core split, and mold base entirely through 3D solid design from 2D drawings or DXF data. Additionally, we can take on projects from simple sketches or similar samples, progressing from 3D design to machining models to mold design and manufacturing. Our company aims to create molds that meet our customers' needs.
