The "Smart LAC Series" is an angle measuring device that measures the tilt of a surface without contact. Conventional displacement sensor methods calculate based on the height difference between two points, making them less effective for measuring small workpieces. However, this product adopts a laser autocollimator method, allowing measurement at a single point, thus enabling the measurement of small workpieces. The "Smart LAC Series" is a non-contact angle measuring device that can determine the tilt of a surface in real-time. It employs the "laser autocollimator method," which projects a laser beam onto the target object and calculates the tilt of the surface from the angle of the reflected light. With a single sensor, it can measure minute angles and the angular relationships of multiple workpieces, achieving low cost and space-saving design. Depending on the application, you can choose between "single spot measurement," which allows you to select any one point from multiple light spots, and "multi-spot measurement," which enables simultaneous measurement of up to five light spots and measurement of the angle differences between them. ★ We are currently offering basic knowledge materials that explain the fundamental principles and features of laser autocollimators. The Smart LAC H410 series is controller-controlled, while the Smart LAC H420 series is used by connecting to a PC via USB.
