Our company handles "volumetric flow meters" used for gas measurement. The measuring drum inside the main body is divided into four chambers with a spiral structure, and about two-thirds of the total volume of the drum is filled with sealing liquid (oil, water, etc.). The gas that flows in from the back of the drum displaces the sealing liquid in the drum, sequentially pushing up each chamber. The Roots-type gas meter "CGR Series" is a volumetric flow meter for gas measurement that utilizes two figure-eight shaped rotors. The measurement chamber containing the rotors is completely insulated from the outside. The motion of the rotors is transmitted to the display unit via a magnetic coupling, ensuring that the measuring fluid does not leak from the main body to the outside. We would like to introduce the "Thermal Mass Flow Meter" handled by Nippon Flow Control Co., Ltd. Utilizing the correlation between the amount of heat taken away by the flow from a heated sensor and the mass flow rate, it measures gases in the medium to large flow range. The internal sensor probe is fixed at both ends, allowing it to withstand sensor vibrations due to high flow rates and impacts from foreign substances such as slugs.
