Since our establishment, we have consistently engaged in the production of engine parts molds, establishing a solid position as a specialized manufacturer of cylinder head molds. Focusing mainly on LPDC, GDC, and die-cast molds for automobiles and motorcycles, we have produced numerous high-performance products, earning high evaluations and trust from users. Our company has been a pioneer in the industry by introducing NC machining equipment, which can be described as a technological revolution in mold making. We have continuously invested in cutting-edge equipment such as high-speed graphite machining machines, high-speed machining centers, DNC, and 3D CAD/CAM, aiming to shorten lead times and enhance precision. Additionally, we possess casting equipment and conduct integrated production from mold design and manufacturing to casting and processing. By utilizing 3D data, we have achieved time reduction and cost savings from prototyping to mass production, while also creating thin-walled, complex, and high-quality materials (products) that meet user needs, including machining of aluminum castings.
