The liquid cooling devices FRU from Daiichi Kogyo provide hygienic cooling for food and drinking water. By standardizing the units with a common frame specification, the installation space has been reduced and the installation work has become easier. Furthermore, with a rich lineup of air-cooled and chilled water types, it is possible to select the heat exchange temperature to an optimal level using the coolant. The "Cooling Roll CRN" is an optimal heat exchanger for cooling and heating various containers in brewing and food factories. It can also be used for snow melting and freeze prevention at point switching sections of railways. The new type Cooling Roll Model 3 features three EPDM rubber plates, each with a width of 300mm, thickness of 8mm, and 47 thin tubes with a diameter of 4.5mm running through them, with headers on both sides.
