Shinmeiwa has supplied top-class high-rigidity and high-precision air spindles in the industry, utilizing the latest technology and precision machining as a frameless motor manufacturer. However, managing the usage environment and handling of air spindles can be challenging, and in the worst-case scenario, spindle crashes (seizing) can occur. To address such needs, Shinmeiwa has developed an air spindle equipped with a crash prevention feature called "Crash Proof" and aims for further improvements in rotational speed by incorporating a "slotless motor."
