In our lab located in Higashi-Osaka, we can conduct discharge tests and create samples. Eco-friendly hot melt melter "Micron + Eco"

Introducing the eco-friendly tank melter "MICRON+ECO," which reduces electricity costs and hot melt consumption. The hot melt applicator heats hot melt adhesive (which melts with heat and solidifies at room temperature) inside the tank and dispenses the melted hot melt. While it consumes electricity during heating and to maintain temperature, our product, designed with tank structure and energy efficiency in mind, reduces electricity consumption compared to typical applicators: by 30-45% during heating until the operating temperature is reached, by 42-50% during temperature maintenance, and by 37-48% during dispensing when the pump is operating. Additionally, by incorporating the adhesive consumption reduction program controller "Splitter," it further reduces adhesive consumption. The "Splitter" allows you to input the desired adhesive savings percentage via a touch panel, automatically switching from bead application to dot application according to the specified ratio.
