Kofu Seiko is a company that manufactures and sells custom specifications (screws, rivets, shafts, etc.) based on customer requirements for a wide range of industries, including computer-related equipment, information and communication devices, and automobiles. In response to our customers' demands for local procurement, we are also expanding our factories overseas (in Thailand). At our Japanese factory, we are honing our technology to meet customer needs by challenging ourselves with higher precision and more complex parts. We internally produce equipment such as rolling machines and full inspection machines for in-house use. The creation of equipment incorporating innovative ideas has led to the development of screw supply machines, and we currently have four series of products that we have commercialized and are selling. We are a company with a strong spirit of challenge, aiming to be "a company that can thrive in the world, even if small."
Business Activities
■Manufacturing and sales of special cold-formed parts (screws, rivets, shafts, etc.). We can accommodate ultra-fine parts with a material diameter of φ0.4 to automotive parts around a material diameter of φ14.0. We have successfully developed and mass-produced a variety of new products, from fine parts for the electrical and electronics industry to highly reliable parts for the automotive industry. 【Certifications Obtained】ISO 9001, Eco Action 21 ■Retail of miniature screws (micro screws) below M1.0. ■Manufacturing and sales of parts feeders 'NJN-D series'. There are escape (with cutting mechanism) specifications for automatic assembly processes. We have a track record of adoption by major manufacturers.
