The active vibration isolation table manufactured by Seismion is designed with high-sensitivity piezo sensors, non-contact voice coil actuators, and noise-free analog control circuits. It demonstrates excellent performance, especially against low-frequency vibrations, through robust electrical feedback control, handling disturbances and vibrations without interrupting or stopping the isolation. With a pair of eight sensors and the manufacturer's proprietary actuators, it controls all six degrees of freedom (6DOF) motion. This active vibration isolation table is ideal for various applications where disturbances and vibrations are problematic, including semiconductor manufacturing, microscopy, interferometry, 3D printing, and various measurement and laboratory experimental uses.

This is a super compact micro-positioner equipped with a simple adjuster for linear movement in physical experiments and optical systems. It offers a wide range of options and accessories, including post mounts, fiber holders, low magnetic properties, vacuum compatibility, and adjustable knurled knobs.

The fiber alignment system consists of a high-precision 3-axis flexure stage with an adjustable fiber holder, a microscope objective lens mount with RMS threads, and a fixed bracket. The smoothly bending flexure mechanism allows for precise three-dimensional positioning, making it suitable for coupling free-space beams into various fibers. All accessories are compatible with this alignment system. The height of the optical axis is 18 mm above the surface of the platform, aligned with the centerline of the slot.
