Surplus fresh concrete discharged from concrete mixer trucks is stirred and granulated using a single-axis granulation stirring device to quickly activate the effects of an emulsion-based granulation agent. The crushing energy of the granulated material is smaller compared to hardened concrete, making crushing and classification easier during reuse. Additionally, it reduces the dilution wastewater volume of surplus fresh concrete, thereby alleviating the operation of existing water treatment facilities.
