Plate fin tubes are fin tubes that can combine pipes and fins made from various materials. LS fin tubes are automatically and perfectly bonded with L-shaped fins on the outer circumference of the pipe using our unique special machine, allowing us to achieve heat transfer efficiency comparable to that of integral structures like rolled fins. Welding fin tubes are continuously welded to the tube with fins spirally wrapped around it using high-frequency resistance welding. The Erofin tube uses our unique machine to automatically wrap the outer circumference of the pipe with complete adhesion, achieving a structure that is as integral as a single piece while maintaining excellent thermal conductivity. The outer diameter, length, width, and pitch of the fins can be customized in various ways according to your requirements. Additionally, the pipe and fins can be combined using stainless steel, iron, and copper for the wrapping process. The "LS Fin Tube" features fins shaped like an L that wrap around the outer circumference of a pipe, increasing the contact area with the pipe to improve thermal conductivity. When adopted in hot air circulation dryers, it demonstrates equivalent drying performance even when the heat transfer area is significantly reduced to about half that of our conventional Erofin heater.
