Toyotomo Industry Co., Ltd. responds to low costs and short delivery times by providing integrated manufacturing from cutting to painting and assembly. In terms of painting, we can perform baked painting on large workpieces ranging from small items to 3000×3000×6000 mm. We collaborate with the Utsunomiya factory (branch factory) and Toyotomo Industry Chiba (affiliated company) to meet our customers' needs. To accommodate low costs and short delivery times, we have achieved 24-hour automated operation of laser cutting machines. Additionally, to improve the appearance quality of large products, we have newly established large degreasing surface treatment (iron phosphate chemical conversion coating) equipment and painting facilities. Our main ordered products include construction machinery parts (sheet metal cabs, machine covers, etc.), vehicle parts (sheet metal cabs, frames, covers, etc.), as well as general fabricated parts (ferris wheel baskets, tanks, etc.) and industrial machine parts (conveyors, dedicated and general-purpose machine covers, etc.).
