KTR offers a wide range of "half-split couplings" designed with a hub that is split in the radial direction, allowing us to propose the optimal coupling for your application! We have adopted a split structure that allows for easy installation and removal without moving the driving and driven machines! This significantly reduces installation time. Additionally, it facilitates easy maintenance and contributes to reducing downtime. We also have half-split couplings available with intermediate shafts (spacers) and made entirely of steel. ROTEXT features a simple three-part structure consisting of two metal hubs and one rubber spider! It adopts a plug-in structure that allows for assembly simply by fitting the hubs mounted on the drive shaft and driven shaft axially.
