The main features of APTIV films include high heat resistance, chemical resistance, wear resistance, hydrolysis resistance, excellent mechanical properties, barrier properties, electrical stability, radiation resistance, high purity, non-halogen characteristics compliant with FDA and RoHS standards, excellent flame retardancy that does not require flame retardants, and low toxicity of combustion gases. Additionally, they offer excellent processability due to the thermoplastic nature of the raw material, VICTREX PEEK resin, and are recyclable.

VICOTE Coatings is a next-generation coating material that exhibits high durability and long lifespan, primarily composed of the high-performance resin VICTREX PEEK. VICOTE Coatings can be applied using electrostatic coating and dispersion methods, demonstrating various excellent properties such as scratch resistance, abrasion resistance, high heat resistance, high strength, and dimensional stability. Results from the Taber abrasion test confirmed that it has approximately four times the abrasion resistance compared to conventional fluoropolymer coatings.
