■Our microtubes (fine tubes) are the world's thinnest and most uniform precision tubes made of metal (Ni) in this category of small-diameter tubes. ■We have surpassed the limitations of conventional drawing methods, enabling mass production of astonishingly thin tubes with an inner diameter of 18μm and an outer diameter of 28μm. ■Furthermore, for electrical conductivity and chemical resistance, we can apply gold plating on the inner diameter and plating of gold, silver, palladium, etc., on the outer diameter to the desired thickness. ■We can customize various specifications such as inner and outer diameter sizes, plating thickness, and length.

Our company has successfully developed microtubes using the electric casting method. The microtubes are the first of their kind in the industry made from metal (Ni) material, featuring the world's smallest diameter and the most homogeneous precision. We have established a groundbreaking manufacturing method for microtubes with an inner diameter of 18μm and an outer diameter of 30μm, surpassing the limits of existing pipe drawing methods for small diameter tubes. Furthermore, the microtubes can be manufactured in astonishing lengths of up to 2000mm. Additionally, it is possible to apply a uniform gold (Au) plating of the desired thickness within the small inner diameter of 18μm.
